  • Cleanliness: Our units are cleaned top to bottom for each new guest. This includes all kitchen appliances, floors, and dishes, along with new sheets. We sanitize and disinfect all touchable surfaces, remotes and switches. If you think something isn’t clean, tell us. We’ll clean it again!
  • Book today for today? Check-in right away! Our staff are always ready for your booking inquiries and are available for instant booking. You do not need to hesitate to book with us for any of our units for the same day. We are available to chat with you and check you in 24/7.
  • We use ultra high quality foam mattresses in all our units. The bed is the most important part of the stay because you spend most of your time in it.
  • Bad backs are welcome! We get many compliments from guests after their stay about the mattresses we use. They are hand picked and provided in partnership with the Mattress Firm and are available at a discount to guests through an arrangement that we have with them, ask in chat. We welcome your sore back on our bed; we know that you will love them and get a great night’s sleep!
  • High Quality Sheets! What’s the point of having an awesome mattress without having soft, comfy sheets? Our units boast 100% Organic cotton cooling percale weave and soft breathable bed sheets and pillow cases. Lay down, slip into them and enjoy how fresh and comfortable they are.
  • Fiber optic internet is always in all our units where available with Ethernet hand-offs for a direct, private connection up to 3GB: faster than WiFi! If you need additional Ethernet ports, we are happy to provide you with an ethernet switch free of charge, just ask us in chat.
  • Samsung smartTVs in most units, with 100+ channels of TV Plus along with your popular streaming services.
  • 24/7 Customer Service: Having any issue with your stay, want to make changes to your booking or need help? Customer service is available to you 24/7. Customer service inquiries are typically answered by the owner or a decision maker. We do not outsource or use robotic overseas workers to answer your chat. You are ALWAYS talking to a manager and we love to help.
  • Self check-in always: You will receive a door code on the day of check-in to allow yourself in. Our door locks are mechanical and do not rely on electricity nor the internet to work. When you check-in, we are standing by through our smart doorbell in case you have any trouble.
  • Neighborhood concierge: Want to know about local restaurants and points of interest from someone that has lived in the area for years? Need help finding a trustworthy realtor to find a new home in the area or long term rental? Our staff are happy to answer any questions you have about the area and love to help.
  • All our units are entire homes. You are never sharing your space. The outside of our units are constantly monitored as all motion events are checked for anything out of the ordinary and all our units are well insured.
  • Pet Friendly: We allow dogs and cats and have a cleaning process that removes all the hair for allergic guests.
  • Light Blocking Shades in all Bedrooms: Enjoy sleeping in the dark!
