Quantum Suites provides a professional cleaning service with
offerings focused but not limited to the short term rental market.
Scheduled turning over units of any size for same day check-in
Laundering linens and linen rental
Initial deep cleaning and smoke cleaning.
Handyman and maintenance work: Painting. mending broken doors, windows, etc. $75 for quote. Upon acceptance, the $75 is applied to the job.
Yard work, power washing, etc. $75 for quote, the $75 is applied to the balance.

| Smoke Cleaning – Unit needs to be occupant free for 24 hours for us to complete a smoke cleaning to entirely remove the smell. The service entails: * Cleaning of walls * Ozone treatment of entire house * Change of all air filters * Washing furniture and rugs with special cleaner This is covered under Airbnb air cover but not VRBO insurance. | Starts at: $500 |
Pricing includes linen rental. We come to your unit with a fresh set of linens allowing us to quickly turnover the unit for checkin the same day. For this service, we ask that you supply 2 sets of linens from our vendor. One on the beds, another in the closet. We’ll take your dirty linens and add them into our rotation.
The way most of our customers work with us is to put our rates as their cleaning rates listed with Airbnb/VRBO and QuantumSuites.me which we consume and address directly. We are able to integrate with your iCal URL and automatically assign cleaning events to your checkout events if desired or just come as needed. We guarantee all our work. If the guest is complaining after checkin with photos of dirtiness, we will return to the unit to address the issue at no extra cost.
We also provide a co-hosting, marketing and pricing service allowing you to go hands-off.
