Shalimar Estates is the perfect getaway for a large group or family, boasting 3716 square feet on 1.7 acres having 5 bedrooms, game room, lounge, outdoor kitchen with Blackstone grill, air frier, gas range and sink with prep area, pool (open during summer), pool house, basket ball court, pool table, XBox X series, ping pong, air hockey, 3 Samsung 85″ TVs, Fiber optic gigabit internet with Wi-Fi Mesh, Blue tooth speaker bulbs, property backs into a small creek.

The Pool is open! Please note the pool rules
There are many trees around the pool, the pool will be cleaned before check-in day and prepared for the guest. Plant particulate/tree/nature will fall into the pool during your stay. We ask that you use the nets we supply to clean out the pool as you use it. We can provide a pool cleaning for you at the cost of $100 upon request. Do not add any chlorine to the pool.

Safety Rules:
No lifeguard on duty: Guests swim at their own risk.
Children must be supervised at all times by a responsible adult.
No diving in shallow areas; use designated deep areas for diving.
No glass containers in or around the pool area.
Follow all posted pool rules and instructions.

Pool Usage Rules:
Only 15 guests can be in the pool area at a time.
No parties or loud music around the pool area.
Please respect other guests and do not release any bodily fluid in the pool.

Cleanliness Rules:
Shower before entering the pool to remove oils, lotions, and sunscreen.
No food or drinks in the pool (except for water in plastic containers).

Report any accidents, injuries, or pool maintenance issues immediately.
Guests use the pool at their own risk.
You indemnify the property owner against any injuries, damages, or losses related to pool use.
By booking this unit, you agree to these rules.
You are responsible for any damage done to the pool or pool area. Please treat it like your own. We’re happy to have you.

Pizza Party: Everyone loves a great pizza! This is the perfect way to feed a group at a casual gathering or party. We come with a small wood fired pizza oven and create made to order Neapolitan style pizza. We make our own naturally fermented dough and we offer a selection of traditional and chef-made toppings. Pairs great with a grazing table or charcuterie board!
Starts at: $40/person, $375 minimum

Charcuterie: Enjoy a beautiful and artfully crafted charcuterie board featuring local, artisinal, and chef-made ingredients to give you the most delicious experience. This service is a great option for a night in with friends, parties, house showings or as an add-on to one of our other services. Charcuterie boards are created with 3 ounces of mixed ingredients per guest.

Weekly private chef
Weekly meal-prep services tailored to you and your family’s specific culinary and dietary needs. This is a great way to save time, try new cuisines, and provide delicious meals made from wholesome ingredients.
Starts at $450/wk + Cost of ingredients

• Chef Steve will complete the preparation of the food in the kitchen, guests are welcome to watch and ask questions or simply enjoy being served.
• We do all the cleanup, remove trash while leaving all leftover food.
